About the Straubs

We’re Matt and Jessica, proud owners of Straub Beef Farms. Our family of eight is passionate about raising natural, high-quality, grass-fed, hormone-free beef while staying true to the values of hard work, sustainability and good stewardship of the land. Our 100 acre farm is situated in Darlington, PA of Beaver County.

Matt is a proud Marine Corps Combat Veteran and First Responder. In gratitude for the service and selflessness of Veterans, First Responders and their families, we are honored to offer a discount.

Jessica specializes in helping people live healthier lives through functional medicine and as such, we know the importance of food sources. We are committed to offering a clean, quality source of beef so that people can live life better.

Farming has become something we cherish and strive to pass down to our children. Every member of our family plays a role, from helping with daily chores to sharing the joys of farm life. At Straub Beef Farms, we enjoy providing families like yours, with healthy, wholesome beef while nurturing the legacy of family farming for many more generations to come. It is our desire to raise cattle that nourishes your family and ours.

We pride ourselves in being able to offer cattle free from added growth hormones and no blanket immunizations (like the big commercial farms), so that you know what you are putting into your body is high-quality. Our beef are raised on rotational grazing pastures so that they have access to lush grass and legumes every day. This assures a superior beef product that is lean, nutrient-rich and tender.
